1. Eligibility for Refunds

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is not as described
Order cancellation request is made before shipment
To be eligible:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Normal wear and tear
Customized or print-on-demand products (if applicable)
Orders placed under clearance or sale (unless defective)

4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (UPI, card, net banking)
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable
In case of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping cost will be borne by us
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
If cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days
7. Late or Missing Refunds
